At IronSquare, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the return and refund procedures for purchases made through www.ironsquare.us.

14-Day Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition. Original packaging, tags, and included accessories should be retained when applicable.

Return Request

Before returning an item, please email info@ironsquare.us with your order number and reason for the return.

For damaged or incorrect items, include clear photos of the product and packaging.

Please wait for our return instructions before shipping anything back.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After review, IronSquare may provide a replacement, refund, replacement item, or store credit depending on the circumstances.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Personalized or customized products.

  • Items that have been washed or used.

  • Products altered or damaged after delivery.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization.

Return Shipping

IronSquare will cover applicable return shipping when the issue results from our error or the product arrives damaged or defective.

For returns due to customer preference, accidental selection, or change of mind, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.

Refund Processing

After the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on the payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted before shipment. Once an order has shipped, the standard return procedure may apply.
